Infrastructure That Works With You
Infrawatt develops energy infrastructure through early engagement, transparent communication, and disciplined execution—backed by decades of development experience across the United States.
Our Commitments
Listen early. Share facts. Manage impacts. Pay our way. Keep our commitments.
Transparent Communication
We provide timely, understandable project information and maintain a clear point of contact as development advances. We do not enter into nondisclosure agreements with local governments or public officials.
No NDAs with public officials—ever
Community Benefits
For each project, we seek to establish a Community Benefits Agreement that reflects locally identified priorities and clearly documents the benefits the project will deliver.
Benefits that reflect local priorities.
Responsible Infrastructure
We work with utilities and local governments to identify project-related upgrades and ensure costs are appropriately assigned to the project—not existing communities or ratepayers.
Costs assigned to the project, not the community.
Thoughtful Site Design
We evaluate traffic, noise, lighting, environmental conditions, neighboring land uses, and emergency-response needs early in development.
Evaluated early, not as an afterthought.
Sustainability
We integrate renewable energy technologies where appropriate and prioritize closed-loop water systems designed to minimize ongoing water consumption.
Closed-loop water systems.
Lasting Accountability
We establish a project-specific Decommissioning Program addressing facility removal, site restoration, financial responsibility, and long-term accountability if operations permanently cease. We seek to carry these obligations and other project commitments forward to every future owner or operator.

Built on These Commitments
Every Infrawatt project is shaped by the commitments we make to the communities and landowners we work with.
