Infrawatt is a grid-first developer focused on identifying and advancing premium transmission-connected sites for large-scale energy and digital infrastructure.
Our approach starts with deep analysis of grid capacity and constraint dynamics, allowing us to uncover underutilized nodes and interconnection opportunities that conventional siting overlooks. We then integrate land, power supply, and permitting to deliver sites with the fastest path to power and lowest delivered power cost.
Infrawatt partners with landowners to evaluate properties for large-scale infrastructure development, including energy facilities, digital infrastructure, and high-capacity power loads.
We structure long-term partnerships designed to unlock significant value for landowners while supporting regional economic growth.
Infrawatt identifies locations capable of supporting large power loads and partners with developers and infrastructure investors to advance projects in areas often overlooked by traditional siting approaches.

Infrawatt was founded by Audrey Copeland, an energy infrastructure executive with more than a decade of experience originating, developing, and commercializing large-scale power projects across U.S. markets.
Over the course of her career, Audrey has led the development of more than 20 GW of energy infrastructure opportunities spanning utility-scale generation, battery storage, transmission-driven siting, and complex greenfield development strategies.
After years of seeing viable projects delayed or derailed by power constraints, Audrey founded Infrawatt to take a different approach: start with the grid first.
Infrawatt applies that operator-led experience to identify and advance premium transmission-connected sites capable of supporting the next generation of digital, industrial, and energy infrastructure.
